Hi, my name is Lisa March and I’d like to offer you a warm welcome to my website, thank you for connecting with me.
I am a qualified counsellor and I integrate a psychodynamic approach with a humanistic way of working. What this means, is that I offer a space of compassion, acceptance, understanding and without judgement but I will also listen carefully to help identify your subconscious ways of thinking and enable you to link how your past experiences are influencing your present day. We can then use this insight to work together and make any changes that you would like to see in your life.
I work with a range of issues including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work, stress, identity, family history, trauma, self-esteem and negative thought patterns. However, every situation is unique, so please get in touch and we can discuss things in more detail.
I believe that for therapy to be successful, there needs to be a strong therapeutic relationship with your counsellor, so for this reason I offer a free 15 minute consultation which can be done either over the phone or on Zoom/Facetime so that we can discuss your situation and you can decide if we are a good match for each other.
